Terms & Conditions Reminder: This contract is for twelve (12) months (unless mentioned otherwise in the Customer’s proposal), moving into a rolling monthly contract. After the duration of the Customer agreement, Customer can cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice using this form. Upon which time LiT Agency will provide a roundup report and all login details for the Customer. If a scheduled payment falls within the 30 day period this payment will become due and payable. A contract can be bought out for 50% of the full value.
